This isn’t your typical bar. Our fruit comes from our orchards, our whiskey ages with views of the Pacific, and every cocktail is designed to let the spirit shine—no gimmicks, no shortcuts.
From spirits to mixers to garnishes, everything traces back to the land. These are drinks that taste like the place they come from—bold, bright, and full of character.
PSA: alcohol has risks… but if you’re raising a glass anyway, make it something unique and delicious. Our approach is simple: organic fruit, California grain, time, and care. Nothing that doesn’t belong. Just remarkable drinks, made right.

Spirits we make ourselves using estate-grown fruit
From the orchard to the glass, with nothing in between we can’t account for. Our spirits are made from estate-grown fruit, distilled ourselves, and poured right here in downtown Ojai. Farm to glass isn’t a tagline — it’s just the way we do it.
Whiskeys that mature with the ocean breeze
There is no climate control on a mountaintop. Our whiskeys age as the farm does — in full sun, in open air, with the Pacific breeze as a constant companion. It’s an honest way to make whiskey. The kind of honest you can taste.
Each drink crafted to showcase the spirit
We didn’t make our own spirits to bury them in a cocktail. Each drink at the bar is crafted to let the spirit speak — clean, considered, and always the point. The rest is just a very good supporting cast.
Everything from the liquor to the garnish comes from our farm
We grow what we pour, and we pour what we grow. The spirits, the citrus, the herbs, the garnish — all of it comes from the same mountain in Upper Ojai. It's a short supply chain by design, and the glass is better for it.
Fair warning: drinking isn’t risk-free… but if you indulge, choose well
Drink responsibly is the standard line. We'd add: drink intentionally. Know what's in the glass, where it came from, and how it was made. We can answer all three questions about everything we pour.
