We make the kind of food we actually want to eat—and feed to the people we love most. Our small-scale regenerative farm produces food with maximum flavor and nutrition, grown with care and without shortcuts.
When we source beyond our own harvest, we’re just as selective. We partner with farms that farm the way we do—with the same commitment to quality and integrity. Just about every other ingredient we use are certified organic, and our seafood is always wild-caught.
The result? Clean, natural food held to the highest standard. You can feel good about what you're eating because we’ve already done the work of making sure it's as good as food gets. Honest ingredients, prepared with care.

Our seafood comes from the ocean, not a tank. Wild-caught is the only kind we carry — because the standards we set on our mountain in Upper Ojai don’t have a seafood exception.
We source from like-minded farms that share our standards
We can’t control what happens beyond our property line — but we can choose who we work with. The farms we partner with farm the way we farm: regeneratively, honestly, and without shortcuts. Our standards travel with us when we source.
